For Pennsylvania Beef Month this May, we’ve teamed up with the Pennsylvania Beef Council to bring you some great stories and content about this important agricultural product in our state!
One of our favorite things about Pennsylvania beef is how incredibly versatile it is — its flavor is welcome in all kinds of dishes, from simple stir fries to elaborate steak dinners. You can dress PA beef up with marinades, sauces, condiments and herb-flecked compound butters, tuck it into sandwiches and wraps, use it as a protein-rich topping for salads and so much more!
